Went here on a whim since other dinner plans didn’t work out and WOW. What a find. Sure, that atmosphere is more dive bar-like, but the service was great, drinks were cheap, we liked that it had a lot of screens, and the food??? Hands-down, the best seafood fried rice, and seafood boil-in-a-bag I’ve had since moving to Charlotte. We can’t wait to go back and try other dishes.

The best spot by far to get a quick bite and a strong drink when you need it. Just a really cool spot to settle down and relax. A. Chef's kiss. Come Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Best bartender is here. You're welcome......

Main reason why I'm giving this bar 5 stars:1) Best clams i ever tasted... ever2) customer service was good and bartender was nice.This is a bar with your expected drinks/mixes however if you are looking for a large selection of beers, look somewhere else.The kitchen food made up for the other shortcomings.

The staff is fun engaging and excited for you to be there even the security guard greats you and makes you feel like they are grateful you came by. I met this really great waitress named Hilary and she was so attentive gave me refills before I even asked I had to go ask to speak to the manager to tell them she deserves a raise. I love this type of service you don't get that often. The Chinese food is large portions and so good you can tell the chef is cooking fresh authentic cuisine. I have told everyone I know please visit this secret hideaway with the best customer service you will be amazed. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Neighborhood vibes. Food is exceptional. Wish was closer or I'd be there every week. House fried rice was superb. Enough for 2 people. Ordered wings extra crispy. Cooked perfectly and super tasty.

Why does this place have such good food?! It’s a bar!! Look, you’re gonna come for the drinks, but you’re gonna stay for the food. I got the chicken fried rice and it was gooooooood. The best part is the kitchen opens late. I know Cook Out is right down the street, but when you want good quality made from scratch food late at night, come here instead.I spent over 20 bucks but only because I got drinks with my food.

I was in the Charlotte area visiting the day ater Hurricane Helene and a lot of restaurants had power outages but I was so hungry after a long flight looking for something tasty at 10:00 p.m. Tavern 51 had pretty good reviews and I'm glad I checked the place out because the food was delicious! The bartender was friendly and gave helpful menu recommendations. They have different sauces and dry rubs for the chicken wings. Their shrimp fried rice was fresh and tasty! Great spot to hit up when you need some late night deliciousness. A bit pricey but it was worth it to to me since the food was good.
